Horrible Experience

I needed my truck shipped from Florida to Washington State ( which im told is a good route for drivers). I got a quote from M2reeve saying that they could do this for $1150. By reading the other reviews on this site im sure someone from m2reeve will say that i selected the rock bottom price etc etc, but I was not told that this was a rock bottom price at the time( in other words they will have very little or no urgency in moving your vehicle). So anyways, once i got the quote of $1150 over the phone, i was told that i would have to pay upfront, and my truck would be picked up in 1-5 business days, and would be delivered 4 days after that, which sounded really good to me, so i payed. About 6-7 or seven business days later i called to see what was going on, and was told that no drivers have picked it up because no drivers really want to drive all the way up to washington from florida....wtf? Maybe they could of told me this before i payed $1150. But she told me that she would leave it up on the board and see if any drivers would pick it up. About a week later( still no phone call from them) I called back to see what was going on. I was told that everyone was busy and they would call me back asap. I never got a phone call for a few days so i called back again. ( At this point i was already over 2 weeks passed the date it should of been picked up) I was dealing with Samantha, who was nice and courteous, but kept telling me that she would guarantee pick up dates ( which never happened). So after all of this time she told me about an expediting process, which meant if i payed an extra $250 my truck was guaranteed to be pick up within 24 hours. Id think after three weeks of nothing they would of taken it upon themselves to just go ahead and do this for free, but nope. I was so fed up at this point that i payed it. three days later still nothing, so i asked for a refund. I asked for a refund on Sept 7th and received my cheque on Oct 4th. To add to all of this , i payed $1150 and got a refund of $1110. I am very displeased with this service. Bottom line, thiis was nothing but a waste of time and money.

ADVICE: DO NOT PAY A SHIPPER UNTIL YOUR VEHICLE HAS BEEN PICKED UP OR DELIVERED, NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY OR GUARANTEE YOU.
