Unfortunately, I have no choice but to make a claim as my vehicle was not handled very well. Undercarriage and suspension suffer damages. Undercarriage scratched with dents while suspension was damaged as vehicle was secured with so much pressure that compression of suspension resulted in damaged struts (securing vehicle with tie downs with too much force applied to it). Staff was effective while carrier reported promptly, service was excellent and no apparent issues until I took delivery of my vehicle. I am hoping for a good understanding and prompt resolution of issue.
