Katie at M2Reeves was always positive and friendly. Assigned carrier was last minute and unprofessional after providing a one week window for pick up. Day of pick up was scheduled from 8-10 PM. Finally showed up at 1:30 AM. Car showed up three days early than scheduled, unannounced. That was nice, but had to scramble to leave work and stop to get the money to pay driver. Convertible top had mulitple grease drip spots from car above on carrier.
