I was really pleased with the service that I had received from this company. The staff was very friendly even under the circumstances of the loss of a parent. Amy the primary contact person showed concern with the delivery, making sure it made it on time and in the same condition. She answered all of the questions that I had and was prompt on returning my phone calls. She also showed much compassion and kindness through the whole process of the delivery. The entire shipping company worked very well with the schedule and timing of my needs with my work schedule. The current job that I hold has an awkward schedule and the company worked with me through the whole delivery process. The delivery driver was very easy to work with and was able to communicate with me if he had any problems getting to my home. I appreciate everything that this company has done for me. I will definitely use this company again for any future uses as well as recommend this service to anyone else I know that needs to get a vehicle delivered.
