Overall this proved to be a stressful expensive fiasco for me. I would encourage anyone looking for car transport to use another broker besides M2Reeves. I was originally promised a pickup window of 1 to 4 days and 5 days maximum for transit. With this info I planned my car to arrive on day 9 or 10. I based my move dates on this information to minimize the time I would have to utilize a rental car, be off work, and available to recieve my car. On day two I called to see if I would be getting any status on pickup and was told M2Reeves had no record of my reservation. I was directed to 2 other numbers before calling back the original number and speaking to an agent who had no problem finding my reservation. Six days after the scheduled pickup window began, my car had not been picked up and I called for status. At that time I was told the pickup window was 1 to 9 days, not near what I was originally quoted. I already had airline tickets, firm move dates with my company, and rental car arrangements for 2 days. Over the next 5 days I called daily for status and was repeatedly told M2Reeves was going to give my deposit to the carrier company and make no money in order to get my car delivered. On more than one occasion I was told the owner, Mitch, would personally call me and he did not call. I did talk to him on a number of occasions, but only when I called and was complaining about the service.

I had to leave my car with a friend because my car was still not picked up by the time I was scheduled to fly to my destination. Finally my car was picked up on the 10th day. I was told the maximum transit time would be 5 days but my car was not delivered until the 7th day. When my car arrived it was muddy around the wheel wells and splashed up the side as though it had been driven. I had written down the mileage before it was picked up and the mileage had increased by 67 miles. I was told the car would only be driven on and off the transport truck. When I called the transport company to report this, the rep told us that was impossible and hung up on me.

M2Reeves failure to perform as promised caused me to pay over $500 for additional rental car expenses that should have been only $94 max had they even delivered in the maximum day window they promised. Further, I had to have a friend inconvenienced to be present at car pick-up. I had to arrange for someone to come and recieve the car because it was finally delivered after the personal days allotted me by my employer to move. My car should have arrived in 9 or 10 days and the total ended up being 18 days from the first day it was supposed to be picked up. I find this whole experience totally unacceptable and very poor service. Lastly, I was originally promised $50 rebate if I wrote a review. During several of my conversations with Mitch I explained the additional expense I was incurring and Mitch said he would try to get some compensation of some sort. He was not able to get us any breaks of any kind. I did inform him that when I wrote my review it would be factual but unfavorable. I was told M2Reeves would send the survey site to me automatically, but I had to call them and request the site be sent to me.
