Amy was our primary contact person. Her company was selected by the dealership to transport the vehicle from the southwest to the northeast. The weather throughout the country was icy and snowy, and Amy was honest enough to let me know that she was getting "no takers' for this vehicle. She finally assited me most helpfully by suggesting that an extra "kicker" to pick up the vehicle in an expedited time (paid for by the dealer) might help. It did, and the driver and his company were exceptionally courteous and informatiove. As was Amy, who saw to it that the dealership would and did pay the extra money.
