While customer service with M2R was great, the company they outsourced to was OK at best... I would use M2R again but demand more information on which company they would be outsourcing to. When I originally booked my transport, I forget the name of the person helping me but I never received an email confirmation so I called a week later and got Emily who was great, got it almost immediately. She was also the one (from there on) to whom I spoke to regarding my "OK" experience with the outsourced company (UI Express). She was great with follow up regarding the entire transport
