Very good customer service

This was my first time shipping my vehicle. I selected M2Reeves because a) its positive reviews on this website b) b/c it was a WA-state based company c) its competitive cost and d) the customer service I received over the phone while shopping for quotes.

M2Reeves was helpful and streamlined in arranging for the shipment of my vehicle and provided excellent information via both phone and email.

I unfortunately encountered a lot of problems with the carrier, SK Trucking, which was very disappointing and unnerving (see separate review) but the times that I did alert M2Reeves about my problems, they did do their best to step in and help. I wish there was better communication between M2Reeves, the driver, and the consumer (myself) during this process- while it makes sense to put the driver directly in touch with the consumer, I got stuck making a lot of phone calls to the driver - but from everything I can tell, this seems to be a problem specific to the driver and not with M2Reeves. M2Reeves has been very responsive in their follow up to this and I greatly appreciate their concern and commitment to preventing these problems for future clients- because of this, I would consider using them again if I need to ship my vehicle in the future.
