The customer service provided by Brenda was outstanding. In fact, reading reviews of the customer service was one main reason I chose this company for transporting a beloved antique car owned by recently deceased father. I was nervous about the entire car transporting experience having never had to use it before, but Brenda was so polite and professional, she immediately put me to ease. And when I had additional questions at a later time, she quickly responded to me. In her absence one day, I got an immediate response from Amy who was equally as nice and knowledgeable about their services. And besides the great customer service, their pricing was easily $150 or more less than other carriers I contacted. Often the cheapest isn't always the best, but it certainly was in this case. I was so pleased in fact, I recommended them to an aunt who had already booked with another carrier. She cancelled them and booked her transport with M2Reeves. On a scale from 1-10 with 10 best, I'd rate this company and their staff an 11 !
