Do not use this company.
We had a 1970 280SL mercedes to move to Los Angeles from New York state.
All went very well to start with.They were professional, reassuring & friendly. Calls were returned promptly.
It wasn't until the car was on board that communication became difficult! Karen was often rude,abrupt and dismissive, when we called to find out the delivery date.
The quoted trip time, which was over Xmas was obviously unrealistic, especially as the driver went home for a week to spend Xmas with his mother!!! This had never been mentioned,just a couple of down days.
The Merceded was damaged during loading. The driver for Luxury Motor Transport admitted fault at the time and again when we took delivery of the vehicle.
The company asked us to get 3 quotes for the repairs, which we did and duly submitted. After numerous calls from us the owner Darren, agreed to send a check.
Well we are still waiting for the reimbursement and our calls go unreturned. Even yesterday I called and the owner Darren took my call then hung up when he realised who I was! A real businessman!
