I have no real complaints, just small annoyances. When i first was in contact w Lux i mentioned not seeing any reviews for them- i was told to look up a different company name as they are the parent company or something. Turns out the parent company contacted me and claimed they had no affiliations w Lux. After speaking w Lux again it was clarified that Lux owner is buying out of the parent company. So really, the reviews i read to decide to hire Lux off Yelp weren't really their reviews. Benefit of the doubt because i was treated well, the issue was clarified, and Peter was honest.

The car was transported lightning fast. The driver refused to drop off or pick up on any residential roads which made it frustrating because i had to walk back after drop off and then uber to pick up car. Far less to do w Lux Auto Transport and more to do w the dispatcher - maybe use a diff broker for drivers?

All in all Peter is an honest guy running a good honest business. He was never pushy or aggressive like a lot of these assholes are, and never used scare tactics on me like so many other companies have. Lighting fast delivery, good price, honest owner. Next is to get BBB accredited.
