The driver approached me at the Philadelphia Airport implying that he drove for Uber as well as a private company. He persuaded me not to wait for my LYFT ride since he was available. I asked how I would handle this on the Uber app. He said he would take care of it then asked for my credit card and apparently used it to charge me $66 plus a $20 tip. When I questioned why the fare was higher than I had ever paid, he said it had to do with the late hour - 1:40a.m.
