A good guy to do business with. One phone call, one e-mail, then his return call with the quote, I agree and he goes gets the Jeep and brings it to me. What more could you want. He was a day late on pickup and delivery but I did expect some delay. He had to put a transmission in his truck and Dodge was late delivering his parts. He did tell me this when he gave me the quote on the phone. I wasn't in a time crunch so it didn't really matter to me. He is a one man operation with one truck and car hauler. This is the second vehicle transport Ralph has done for me and if I have another, I will be calling him first.
