Check their rating on the better business bureau and read reviews on other sites. They have a proven track record of fraudulently withdrawing funds from their customers accounts. Learn from mine & others mistakes.

I used LAZZ to transport a van from Los Angeles to South Dakota. LAZZ's broker fee was $185, with the remaining $815 to be paid directly to the driver upon delivery. Van was delivered late, but in fine condition and we paid the driver his fee.

Upon checking my next bank statement, I discovered LAZZ had charged my checking account $185 FIVE TIMES over the course of one month. That's a total of $925 for what should only have been a one time charge of $185. I contacted Lazz himself, he made no apologies but promised to return the money to my checking account. Fine. Several weeks later, I checked my account and there was a single refund of $185 - not the $740 owed. Again, followed up with Lazz, he made excuses. No apology. Promised to send a check. Fine. I received the check and deposited it. One month later, my bank returned the check to me due to "insufficient funds." Again I contacted Lazz - this time with no response. Three months later, I am still going through dispute with my bank account to get the money they fraudulently withdrawn from my account. And I had to cancel my check card and be issued a new one and deal with that hassle.

Incidentally, my card was charged the initial $185 prior to me reading, signing or returning their terms and conditions. One of their terms is a cancellation fee of about $100. The amount was withdrawn from my checking account within 30 minutes of giving over my credit card number, which should have been my second red flag. The first red flag was how anxious Lazz was to get my credit card number in the first place.

GO ELSEWHERE! DISHONEST BUSINESS! I encourage everyone here that had a "good experience" to double check their bank statements!!
