Not the way to do business

Charlie gave me a cost of 350.00 and not a penny more to ship, On 12/06/13 I paid a deposit of 150.00 by credit card 8 days later my car was here and I was told by the driver that the dispatcher told him to collect 250.00 50.00 more than I agreed on. So then I checked my credit card account and guess what 2 charges for 150.00 3 days apart. Contacted the owner by E-Mail and haven't heard back yet. As for Charlie I wouldn't do business with him as he does not know how to tell the TRUTH and of course he will blame it on something or somebody else . . As for a new company starting out this way it going to be tuff when you don't treat your customers with respect and lie I had to other quotes from lazz employees for 400.00 but went with Charlie because he was 50.00 cheaper in the long run. But was charged 200.00 more Have disputed the charges with the bank for the second deposit charge So they got 50.00 more out of me and this REVIEW . If I was the owner I know what I would do SORRY CHARLIE YOU= BAD BUSINESS

I understand how this customer feels,but the accounting Department made a mistake thinking it was a shippers invoice where in this case the full amount is charged to the customers credit card and our company pays the driver later when he delivers the vehicle,as per charlie he no longer with the company,the customers money was refunded for the extra charges and hes vehicle was picked up and delivered on time,I'm Lazz the owner,thank you.
