I was a newbie getting my car transported. I shopped around & started with another company that sent me a lower bid. After waiting 2 weeks with no contact from my first company, I got a referral from a co worker and called Jim at Lane By Lane Auto Transport. He took the time to explain how transport works and found my order on the internet. I thought I was waiting for a truck but the other company hadn't even found me a transporter yet! That explained why they would never return my calls. I was amazed how fast things happened after that first call to Jim. He was back on the phone with me less than 24 hours later and had a truck WAITING FOR ME!!!! Wow! I was so jazzed! My van was picked up that afternoon by a very nice driver who called and made an appointment with me. In 4 days my van was delivered. This could have been so easy if I had just called Jim in the beginning. Jim will be in my speed dial for next time. Thank you so much Jim!
