TJ was able to pick up my vehicle the day after I placed the transport request with Cascade Shipping. Since I was on the coast south of SF, and Malia at Cascade explained the drivers didn't like to cross the bridges, I arranged for the pickup to occur across the bay at a WalMart. TJ called when he was stuck in traffic, giving me a few minutes head's up, and suggested a side street that would be better. He did a thorough inspection of my car, and explained that it would get dirty (it had a good spot right behind the cab). He couldn't give me an exact deliver time other than the standard 7 business days, which would put delivery around April 4.

I left my cellphone in the car by accident, but once I picked up a new one I was able to text the new number to TJ. I was really surprised when he called me on Wednesday, March 28 to say he could make it to Durham by 10pm if I wanted to pick up the car then! The early delivery made a big difference, since I had a lot to do and no transport of my own after moving. There wasn't any damage or distress to my car other than a layer of road dust. Great guy and wonderful service.
