Very good service. Matt was very helpful, giving me a quote & a senior discount. He stayed on top of things, answered my questions, returned my calls and emails in a timely manner. From working with Matt, I went to Alex in dispatch. She was extremely helpful, explaining exactly how the transport procedure works. I was a bit overwhelmed at first, but she was helpful in explaining about the time frame, since I had booked my transport a few weeks in advance. She explained that a driver wouldn't be dispatched until we were closer to the pickup date. The day before I got a call from her telling me car would be picked up the next day & I would be contacted a few hours ahead for an aproximate time. From this point on, everything went as planned & my car was delivered to me on time as promised. Everyone involved was very helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend King Of The Road to anyone & would definitely use them again.
