I was overall happy with KOTR; my car was delivered the same day I landed in California and my motorcycle was delivered on time, both by very nice/respectful people. They companies they found to do both deliveries were very satisfactory. They also gave me a small discount for shipping both my car and bike with them.
My car's pick up process was easy and smooth; I drove it to a nearby WalMart and the nice family of the trucker took me back home. It was picked up way earlier than I had anticipated though which gave me a small panic as I tried to do anything still left to do that needed a car as I was moving cross country; but we managed to push it off a few more days and landed on a pick up date 7 days before my flight. I was satisfied.
The pick up for my bike was also smooth, guy came by in the morning as I was notified and strapped it in the crate nice and tight. There was a slight hiccup with the dates; I was told it would get picked up Wednesday but it turned out it won't leave the warehouse until Wednesday and needed to get picked up Monday. Still better early than never. Upon delivery the nice guy helped me ride it into my apartment complex while I drove in my car since it was quite far from where they can park the truck, saving me a few long walks.
Besides some dates getting fudged, I've moved cross country before and knew beforehand flexibility is a must, so everything went well. Most important was I received both my car and bike in the same condition I left them, and that the companies they used for transport were reliable, honest, and respectful. I couldn't be more relieved.
Would definitely call them up again if I ever need to move vehicles again!
