This transport was done last year and the company that damaged the cars is a different company than us. We have tried to get the claim paid for you and have spoken to you several times. At the time the transporter moved your vehicles the license was valid. And as for us operating under a different name, no we are not. We are not operating at all due to customers that don't understand that they have to pay a little more to get their cars moved to to the increase in gas prices and we are not going to spend any more time trying to move something for nothing. Thank you and it is disappointing to find that someone legitimately tries to help someone and this is the thanks they get. You should give the rating to the company that did the damage. It was not us.
