Late and no communication.............

I had a transport scheduled for pickup in Nov. K&J was 3 days late on pickup. I was ok with that until James never answered my call after he was running late on delivery. Once I finally got a hold of him a week later, I found out he had just left Florida. He said he would be in NE in a few days. Well, when he did not show up in a few days, I started calling James. He never answered. He finally called after a few days and said he would be here the next day. That didnt happen either. He finally delivered 24 days after pickup.....DO NOT USE K&J TRANSPORT...............
