Koban Logistics also known as KBLtransport will steal your deposit when they fail to deliver your vehicle. April 19, 2011, Teddy Riley of Koban Logistics informed me that if I paid the $150 deposit within 24 hours then my vehicle would be picked up the next day because a truck was in the area. I paid the $150 deposit and the next day when I called I was told there was a problem with the truck and the new pickup date was three days later. The next call I made I was told there was a problem with the other truck and the new pick up date would be a week later. This went on and on until finally 3 weeks later a truck was dispatched to where my vehicle was located. The driver, after he was told to call because the contact for the vehicle was an hour away, never called the contact. Instead, the driver waited by my vehicle for a total of 10 minutes and then left. My contact showed up 15 minutes after the driver left and the driver would not come back. Because weeks had passed, I told Koban Logistics that I was going to go get the vehicle myself and Peter told me that they would refund my $150 deposit. Up to this point our dealings were amicable. Two weeks passed and the secretary at Koban Logistics called and left a message (that I still have) informing me that they were mailing out my deposit to me. Two weeks later I still had no returned deposit and Koban stopped answering my emails and never returned my phone calls. Yesterday, June 20, 2011, I finally got in touch with the secretary and she told me that my dispute was with the merchant, not with Koban. KOBAN IS THE MERCHANT! She told me Paypal was responsible for paying me back my deposit. After a long argument with a very ignorant secretary, I called PayPal and they told me that Koban received their $150 and that they indeed were liable for issuing the refund to me. As it stands now, PayPal is investigating Koban, USAA Bank is investigating Koban, and MasterCard is investigating Koban, all for fraud. I may even have to get an attorney for Internet fraud and wire fraud. This is rediculous
