Nightmare Not To Remember

The transport was early to pick-up by 2 hours and told me that he would deliver on Monday. When we got to FL, I started calling numerous times to find out when it would be delivered and each time was a weird excuse (i.e. ran over phone, oil leak). The calls were only initiated by my calling and time had run out from my promised delivery times. There was no communication unless I called and was told that they would call with a ONE hour notice. I finally got a call at 2:55pm WED and was told that the driver would be there in 10 MINUTES. When the driver arrived 45 minutes later, it was a different driver and rig (that is a breach of contract). I looked over the vehicle and found grease marks all over the inside driver door, seat and hand prints on the passenger seat. When I asked the driver (who doesn't speak English) about it, he holds up his hands which he is wearing dark greasy gloves and tells me that he doesn't know how the grease got there. They also claimed that they tried to deliver on Saturday, well, where was the phone call? The driver denied fault, was argumentative, NO honesty and it took every patient bone in my body until he said that he would pay for the cleaning. Very Very Poor Customer Service.
