Jay took the time to explain the process and what my expectations should be. Jay shipped the car for LESS than his original estimate.
The transport company arrived on time and answered the phone when I called. Vehicle was a couple hours late due to traffic and weather, but this was not a big deal for me.
No new damage occurred and driver was pleasant and courteous.
I would definitely use Jay's again.
