My family just moved from GA to WA. We booked with Jayhawk on May 13, 2008 and paid our deposit of $250. The pick up date was scheduled for June 20. We have called nearly a dozen times only to find out they have still not found a carrier (it is now July 9). They said we would need to pay more money in order to get it moved. We agreed. Since then, we found a new carrier who can move it this week for the same amount of money and no deposit. We called to cancel and they refused to refund our money(said look at the terms and conditions). I have now filed a dispute with Visa and am waiting for a response. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone. I am also in the process of contacting the BBB. They use to operate under the name Car on a Truck (check out their reviews).
