JMT Transport was a very professional organization. Martin contacted me a day before the scheduled pick up to see if he could get my car earlier than planned. When I made the order with the brokering company, Magic Carpet, we agreed that I would drop my car off at a shopping center down the street from my house because I thought the trailer wouldn't fit on my street. Martin informed that I wouldn't have to meet him at the shopping center; he would come as close as possible in order not to convenience me. To my surprise, Martin met me on the side street of my complex and was able to hook up my car in 20 minutes. He informed me that he would be at my destination in 3-4 days and would call before delivery. I arrived in town Friday afternoon and received a call from Martin on Saturday informing me that he's going to deliver my car the next day. I originally put my office address down as the drop off location because I thought they would deliver my car during the work week. Since he was able to drop my car off on Sunday I had to change the delivery location to my hotel which was not a problem for Martin. Once he pulled up, he had my car off the truck in 15 minutes. Martin told me he was actually in town Friday morning, but since I didn’t arrive until that evening he went on other delivery orders and backtracked to me. Overall, I was extremely happy with my experience with JMT Transport and would use them again in the future.
