Had army orders to move in a tight time frame from CA to TN. Made arrangements and just spoke with driver the day before the scheduled vehicle pickup. We went out of our way to drive out to Las Vegas (3 hours from us) to arrange easier pickup for the driver. He told us he would call us the next day and should be out to us by noon. We waited around all day, with numerous phone calls and voicemails left to him. He never called and never showed up. After waisting a day of packing/travel time, we had to drive back to CA to get the rest of our stuff, and ended up driving the vehicle ourselves. The driver never called to explain/cancel/apologize. Unacceptable service and obviously unreliable, would not recommend to anyone.
