My car is a classic with a brand new vinyl roof. They put it on the truck directly UNDER a junker that leaked oil all over the car. Showed absolutely no common sense. Shrugged his shoulders and said, "Oh, well...that's what happens when you ship cars in open trucks." They should have shown consideration for the car, but obviously didn't have a clue.
Second issue...picked the car up, but took it to a central location where it sat for three days before transport began. Third issue...called and said car would be a few days late because their truck broke down. Fourth issue...chrome around grill was broken and stuck in the back seat. When questioned, the driver said, "I don't know...I wasn't the one who picked it up." Repairable, but very WRONG!
Final issue...what should have taken 7 to 10 days ended up taking 20. Did I mention they let oil drip all over my brank new vinyl roof?
