I like the way they professionally handled from my first call to get quote and on time delivery, despite their truck broken (for mechanical reason) picked up my car on the day they promised and delivery on time. they delivered my car from Houston, TX to Chicago IL in 3 days (not business day, just week days, picked up Friday night , delivered Monday night).
Moved lot in past year, always find some negative point with movers i worked with before, but with Interstate Auto Movers, Start to End they did really good job. Staffs (customer services, logistic, pickup driver and delivery driver) are very friendly and prompt response to call. Another good things with this mover, they keep you informed what is going on (good or bad) with out hiding anything.
