I signed the contract as explained to me by Ana, and gave them a deposit on my VISA acct on Feb. 9th. I was given a 3 day window for pick up, Feb 19th, 21, or 22.So far, so good. However, no one called to arrange for pick on those days, and no one called to say they would not be there. I highly suspect that there was never any plan to pick up my vehicle on those days- they used them as a ruse to get me to sign the contract and get my deposit. A week later they still had no available truck for pick up and all I got from customer service/Jeff was "I'm sorry we are working on it". I canceled the contract,and sent a certified letter as requested in the very tiny, almost unreadable print on the bottom of the contract to their office in AZ. I did have the deposit returned to my VISA. It was an extremely frustrating experience and I would strongly advise against using this company.

This customer is not telling the entire truth. She forgot to mention that we dispatched her car 3 different times and she rejected 2 of them and the 3rd was canceled due to the heavy winter storm which was beyond our control. Understanding this we gave her a full refund without hesitation but she also made a charge back and attempted to get double her money back. We are now discussing this with the CC company and the charge back will be reversed in our favor. MG.
