Intercity was my second attempt to have a classic car shipped.
Overall, they did a flawless job. Pickup was exactly on time. Driver was informative, skillful, and courteous. Scheduling was nearly perfect (read further). Delivery was better than perfect.

Intercity was able to deliver 1 day ahead of schedule to beat the snow storm that passed thru the week in early December. The early delivery was a god-send as as the car had never been driven in the rain or snow and I wanted to keep it that way.

The one suggestion I could make to improve their outstanding service: Sometimes customers are really excited about getting their new toy home and hearing that there's a pickup delay can be a bit of a disappointment. Being conservative or least verbally more cautious about estimated pickup date will avoid raising customer expectations too high and allow you a chance to over-achieve.
