The owner phoned me and listened to my rant for 10 minutes. God Bless him because I was pissed. Had a great conversation. Nicest man in the world. We all know in day to day things happen but the customer service and how we rectify is the most important. He not only took 300 off my bill, but personally supervised letting me know when my vehicle was being delivered and gave me a link so that I could watch truck in transport for exact time of arrival. The man went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. The care in delivery of the vehicle was amazing. I would use this company again because the owner was amazing!
