I have had many a vehicles hauled but none can even compare to Intercity Lines. I had a car scheduled to be picked up in Texas by Sunday Transport and had been waiting week and half already. I called to see if it was going to be picked up for sure and was then told would be another 2 weeks after I had already waited week and half. It put me and seller in a serious jamb. They told me they would see if they could find another company to pick it up since they had fell shot on their promised pickup date. After waiting 7 hours I never heard back from them. I began my own search. Called Roy at Intercity Lines told him my problem.He said yes we can pick it up with two day. I then called Sunday Transport back and they said they couldnt find anyone yet but funny how I found a shipper in less than 15 minutes. So I cancelled my contract with them. Set up contract with Roy at Intercity. Within 2 days the car was picked up.I was then called by the driver (Roy and Linda) and told what day they would arrive. Roy called me a few times to keep me up to date on time he would arrive. Like clockwork they arrived. Car was covered and clean as a whistle. Both Roy and Linda were extremely professional and very nice to talk too. Within minutes I felt like i was meeting old friends. They uncovered the car and then proceeded to wipe any lint off that had gotten on car from the car cover. Car seat was covered with wrap and had paper floor mat. I have had over 9 vehicles shipped an none ever did this. Linda drove car off ramp and asked me where I wanted it parked. We talked for a while and then they left. These people are totally professional. Easy to deal with and treat you like family . I used to have to wonder and search for auto shippers. Now..I know who I will use. You get what you pay for and with this crew of Roy, Paul and Linda I couldnt be happier. Honesty, committed, professional and thorough with attention to detail are just a few of their good qualities. Im a customer for life now with Intercity Lines. Thankyou again for all you did. If any of you are looking to get a car shipped,,,,,Look no further than Intercity Lines
