Awful communication

I chose Intercity because of good reviews posted hear and elsewhere.
I especially liked the fact they seemed to have very good relationships with the drivers. Afterall, they're the ones doing the work.

It took close to 7 weeks to get the car picked up. But that wasn't an issue with me because the car's for summer only.

Communication was awful. Calls and emails went unanswered repeatedly. Finally, Intercity suggested I call them every week until my car was picked up.

Apparently Intercity won't/can't tell their customers after the pickup is scheduled. Bizarre. How long does and email take to let someone know?

The driver finally called the person I purchased the car from. Good idea, since most people work during the day.

Intercity never called me at all, nor did they email me for four weeks prior to or one week after the delivery!

The only "communication" I've received for the past 5 weeks was a charge on my cc.

Be prepared to initiate all communications with Intercity, regardless of timeframe.
