I am sure that all carriers have good and bad reviews. My experience with Intercity was outstanding.

I was told that a carrier would be available in about a week, and that was a correct assessment. Intercity made arrangements to pick up my car from the dealer on a Saturday and had it to my garage on Sun. The transport vehicle was very clean. Inside all the cars appeared to be protected with sheets / plastic etc. The battery in my car had died, so Jeremy, the driver, pushed my car off his truck and then we jumped it to drive it in the garage. He wore gloves the entire time when handling my car as well as the other car he needed to temporarily move off his truck. He also protected the paint on the cars with towels as needed. No payment was required up front, only at delivery. Overall I was very impressed with the service and the price, as Intercity Lines was one of the more competitive bids I received. I would definitely recommend them.
