The customer service at Intercity was excellent in the promptness, communication and customer service aspects. Roy was always available for questions and if he wasn't there was always a helpful person to answer any of my questions. The truck pickup date couldn't be locked in to my desired date but the alternate date was met and the delivery was earlier than expected. The team drivers of Mike and Kristin treated my 65 Corvair Corsa with the same level of service that was shown with the two Ferrari's that shared the ride with my car. The contact on pick up of the car came on time, the mid week progress check came on time and the day prior Mike called to say he was running early and we coordinated a new delivery schedule that worked best for all concerned. I would certainly use Intercity again and highly recommend the team of Mike and Kristin if you can get them! Thanks for the excellent service!
