Let me start by saying if anyone needs a vehicle transported, look no further, Intercity Lines is the only company you need to know. I was trying to find a reliable company for my father to use as he is not to computer savvy. This process was so agonizing, it was painful to the brain. Just when you think you found one, you check the reviews and find out that they are really not the one. A lot of bad reviews and dishonest companies out there. Needless to say I came across Intercity Lines, a family owned business, which was music to the ears as that's what we have. I called on a Thursday mid morning and spoke to Jeff D, he explained the process, gave me a quote and said they could have a truck in the Minnesota area the following week. I told him I would relay the info to my father, but you will be the company we use. A few hours later we had a shipping request, and the transport was booked. Sharon at Intercity was our contact here on out. The drivers Bill and his wife Diana, called the seller on that Sunday and said they will be picking the car up Monday evening or Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning the car was picked up and loaded. We had been in contact with Sharon after that and knew where the car was every day. Bill had called my father Thursday afternoon and said they will be in the Denver area Friday afternoon. They were at the house at 3 pm, and the car was unloaded. Bill and Diana were excellent, they were thorough with everything and what a process (pretty cool). My father could not be any happier about this process, it was easy and we never had any doubts.
Again, if you need a carrier do not look any further, INTERCITY LINES is the company to use, you will be happy that you did!! By the way Jay Leno is a frequent customer as well.
