I was excited to use ICS based on the reviews (in addition to the fact that it is a Missouri-based business, owned and operated by women, and the price was really good). I was really impressed with organizing everything by e-mail and not having to spend much time on the phone - - this was very convenient. I was a little disappointed with the actual transport of the vehicle (Old School). I was given an estimated delivery date for Friday. Saturday afternoon I received a call from the driver stating that he was planning to bring the vehicle Saturday evening, or first thing Sunday morning. Sunday afternoon I received a call that he was on his way and would be in around 6:00 in the evening (we had to be somewhere at 7:00). When we pulled into the parking lot where he was unloading the vehicle, I was shocked at how bad the car looked. It literally looked as though someone sprayed the entire thing in mud. I asked the driver what happened, and his response was, "It was like that when I picked it up - look at my truck, it's not dirty." I find it hard to believe that a car dealer would let a vehicle leave the lot in the condition it was in (this was my response). That is when the story changed and when he claimed that he was hit with bad weather, etc., etc. That's fine, I paid the money owed and took the car to the first available car wash.

When I got the car home, I noticed that the rear shock was leaking some type of fluid. The next day I took my car to the mechanic and he said that the rear shock needed to be replaced (at $200), and how surprised he was that the shock would need to be replaced on such a new car. That's when I mentioned that it was recently shipped by a transport service from out of state. He said that it is quite common for transport people to ruin shocks from strapping the vehicle down on the transport. I have a strong suspicion this is what happened . . .
