I contacted ICS based on the reviews posted here. I also liked that they were a Women Owned Business. The price was very, very good, based on other carrier's email responses. I had a couple questions - they were always answered very quickly, either by phone or email. It was so easy, I had to call and asked - "Is the online order all I have to do? It seems too simple." The answer was "yes." I was contacted by the carrier, Oscar Transportation, and it was picked up one day before scheduled. Because of weather between Brownsville to St. Paul, they were delayed a bit, but arrived the car arrived within 3 days in perfect condition.

I am extremely satisfied with ICS Auto Transport. I didn't want my 19-year-old daughter driving back through ice and snowstorms, but I had NO experience whatsoever with transporting a car. I would absolutely recommend ICS Transport for anyone! The whole experience was simple, without problems, and ICS has a job well done!
