Driver used my car as personal hotel and trashcan

Are you looking for a driver who will use your car as their personal motel room and trash can while delivering your car 4 days late, not answer your calls or texts, not know the different transport laws between states, and tell you they take a specific payment method and then refuse that method at delivery? Then look no further! I remained patient with and actually felt bad for the hard time this driver had delivering my car on time due to the fact that he didn’t know the laws in Florida but my patience waned when he suddenly required a new payment method at pick up and then I found a beer bottle and greasy rags and packaging for some car part inside my car. Guessing he decided to use my car as his hotel so as to not cut into his profits on the trip. Of course, Imoveauto claims no responsibility for this since they aren’t the driver but they should accept some liability since they found him. They have assured me they won’t use him again but I’m not sure how that helps me. They told me they would refund their fee but after waiting around for weeks for it and calling numerous times, they are now refusing to refund me. This company will tell you they’re going to call you back and they never do. They just want you to go away after you pay them. They are scammers who don't stand behind their service.

Hello and thank you for your feedback, as a Broker we do not own these trailers nor the drivers directly, as it was explained to you several times. We are sorry to hear that you have had such a negative experience, however, We are an auto transportation broker that finds carriers for customers needing to transport their vehicles from point A to point B in the United States. It is very important to understand the transportation service is outsourced to independent carriers.
