Terrible Service. DO NOT USE!

Please do not use this broker. They will verbally make commitments that seem to meet the customers needs such as the customers selection of day and time of delivery but once they identify a carrier, they don't communicate with the carrier the information that the customer provided. Once the customer realizes this, they do nothing for them and instead puts the responsibility on their head to make amends with the carrier. In my case, the carrier did not stick with the time requested of the customer and ended up taking my car in their possession to another city requiring that I pay a storage fee to pick up my car. When I arrived at the hidden address, my car not in storage but was out in the open nearby a street with the doors unlocked. Overall this was bad customer service and is unethical practice. They are just in it for the money and do not care at all for their customers. Please do yourself and favor and run from this company. If I can give lower stars, I would.

Hi Rebecca, thank you for letting us know, we did have an agreement between you and the carrier that you were willing to accept the video call once they got on the delivery location so you can check your vehicle. They arrived at the location and contacted you several times as well as my agent to reach out to you and let you know that they arrived already, but you never answered, only until they left the area after waiting several hours. As a broker we do not have the control of the carriers time (Also explained to the contract we sent, which you agreed to), since they have other deliveries to do. We did everything to contact you as far as the driver but we never had an answer back, that's why they took your vehicle in their storage area. Thank you!
