Not only did the driver not show. Jay and Chris never credited my deposit. The driver repeatedly told me he would pick up the car. At 9:30 pm I called him to ask when he’d arrive- he stated his cousin was picking him up to drive him to get my car. Insane that he had timed out and intended to drive my car ~20 miles to his truck. I was not aligned to that as he also didn’t sound in the greatest shape (exhausted or otherwise), after questioning the driver, about this practice (knowing he did not belong driving), he cancelled. 10 days later still no credit. Don’t trust these thieves.

Hello We always explain how the system works and actually dispatched you order the carrier, and gave you the drivers name and number after that it is just a matter of coordinating with the driver. You had issues with them and we offered to keep looking and get you another carrier. Drivers are flexible and work with you as long as you work with them. As for the refund it is in process and takes 10 business days but I make sure accounting send you the transaction ID so you can keep track of it.
