Horrible company

I needed my daughter’s car transported home as she went away for school but returned during the pandemic. I got many offers but chose I-Move Auto. Horrible, horrible mistake! First, I was given a time/date for pick up. The pick up never arrived. No one ever reached out. I had to reach out to them only to find out the “driver broke down”. Someone should have informed me, but rather when I called they made it seem to be my fault. Then I was told they located another driver but the cost would be $100 dollars more. To which I refused. I had to pay a $100 deposit originally, but was told when the car arrived I should pay the driver $450 and that I-Move Auto would refund my deposit. I have text messages and proof where the refund was promised and 6 weeks later still no refund. Every time I reach out they tell me they are reaching out to accounting to have it processed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! There are plenty of transportation companies out there and this one is a out to steal the customers money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Hello Taneisha The car was picked up and delivered, remember we are brokers and do not make up the prices, when we refer you an offer you can either accept it or pass on it, unluckily the carrier we found for $450 cancelled and we did find another one that wanted $550 and refunded you the difference. I attached below the refund. Depending on banks sometimes the refund does not appear until the next statement. Sorry for any inconvenience, but remember drivers do not work directly for us and we do not own the trucks so a truck breaking down is completely out of our hands.
