Disappointed in communication

Finding a worthy company was the first, I had spoken to the company for over a month, prior to the date I wanted my vehicle to be transported and I kept in touch to make sure everything was on date, well came the day . Nothing and it wasn’t until 3 other contracts was signed that a carrier was called and I had to basically keep on them to tell me what was going on, and very rude!. The driver was very nice and understanding, he also had a problem with his truck and I understood and explained take your time and come in safely. I will never recommend this dispatcher to anyone, Never!!!

Sorry for any miscommunication. As we explained carriers usually call on the loads closer to your departure date, as we explained we are all brokers and help you find a carrier. We never charge anything upfront until we get a carrier under contract. that when we provide all the carriers information
