Where can I start...1st told them I've done this 3 other times so I no the game.Jay said he'll help me & understands my frustration with 1st brokers after no calls I went to another broker & asked Danny to remove me from board he said it'll take a few hours to remove me..so now I'm listed twice on the board(not good) I contacted them with another broker on the phone & how Jay argued & states the customer needs to call us...so glad I didn't give deposit...PLEASE DON'T USE THIS BROKER... I MOVE is not in it to help customers JUST BOOST PRICING...get out of it now use someone else NOT I MOVE

Hello Debbie We never dispatch you car or shipped it, we only discuss about it. I explained how the system works and the it is a bidding board. Now you route is a difficult route with not many carriers. Besides that you just send me an email asking me money to remove the review? Sorry we couldn't get you a good offer. You had issues with two brokers because it is a difficult route Thanks Jay
