Never Picked Car up/ Wont refund deposit

Jay and Carlos took my deposit, and called me 20 MINUTES LATER and said the truck was having mechanical problems. I incurred $300 in late fees from the auction, and had to call another company to pick up my car. They said they would refund my deposit. NEVER REFUNDED MY money. Its been two weeks. It took them 2 minutes to take my money. I am very disappointed with the service here, especially when THEY REACHED OUT TO ME about my vehicle!

Hello Ashley, we do apologize but truck do break down, you money was refunded and we did found a carrier that wanted to pick this up with a 3 day delay. At that moment you only had one day late fees, after this you said you wanted to cancel, what happened after that and why you paid 300 on late fees is due to the other broker you had. I can add a copy of the refund but don't believe this is the right place to do so. Sorry for any inconveniece but I was always up front and told you the truck that called on your order had a mechanical issue which I don't control. Thanks Jay
