bad experience with hunsky trucking

I had went through Ship Any Car, LLC and worked with Gene, the dispatcher. They had dispatched me to the Hunsky Trucking, by the way Ship Any Car, LLC is horrible scheduling the pick up date, and keeping their customers informed about if they were able to find a truck driver/company to ship my car. Walter from Hunsky Trucking contacted me monday and said Jeff, the driver will pick my acura on tuesday March 3rd and also assured me that my car will be delivered to fort drum, ny by the following wednesday March 11th, the latest; Ship Any Car, LLC told me the same thing. Jeff had delivered my car today, saturday March 14th, he reason for the lateness was that he had to make an extra stop, and he slipped up, told me that he stop in Kansas to see his wife.
When I had received my car it had two three inches scrached on my car, I told Jeff and he didn't want to anitated on the paper, and said he can buffed it out. So I called Walter he said the same thing and hung up. Tried to call Walter back and all I get is the answering machine. Walter called me back after I left a message saying that I will have the money order canceled. When Walter called back he said he'll pay for the expense that will cost to get it fixed or buffed out by the professionals. I had let this situation go because it was a surface scratched. Soon to find out after Jeff, the driver drove off, I had taken my car to the car wash right after and discovered that my bumper had a dent, three half inch to an inch scratched that the paint had chipped off, and a trail of scratches that you can tell where the damage had started and ended. So, I had called Walter and left a message. Jeff called me soon after and said he does not have to sign or anitate anything on the papers, he refused to meet up with me or turn around to verify the damaged on my bumper; and of course, I need him to sign off on the papers for me to make a claim through Ship Any Car, LLC. Another thing I had noticed there was dry mud/dirt track on the passenger side and in the back carpet, which was not there when Jeff had picked up the car. I'm assuming Jeff and his family took for a joyride. After reading Bill's review, which I had stumbled acrossed I feel that I'm in the same boat as Bill, but luckily my damages is not as bad as Bill's. Bill if you ever read this, I hope you win the case of sueing the Hunsky Trucking Co., they deserved it.
