The car pickup - 3 days late. The drop off from MA to CA took 10 days. They promise less, so be careful and ready for this. Driver, Jeff, said he wanted to swing through AR to pick up his wife. Biggest issue: huge damage on the back of my SUV. They claim it was "ice damage" therefore they are not responsible. This damage was not caused by ice according to 3 auto body shops. The owner of this company, Walter said he'd pay my deductible - and has been leading us on for 3 weeks now. Walter Schustikow keeps saying he has no money and can't pay just yet etc etc. He strings you along - does not take responsibility. Has not returned my call from two days ago now.

Next step, I'm going to have to spend more time on this foolishness and sue him. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, and MA/CA Attorney General's office. "Companies" like this need to be stopped from ripping people off. Save yourself what I am now having to invest my time into.

I see others on sites have had the same problem with him. Unfortunately, I should have researched Walter much more than I did before handing my truck to him. When you do your research - you will see he offers to pay drivers in cash ( www.everytruckjob.com). I'm sure there's more to "that story" too. ???

Lesson learned the hard way for me (and I see others).
