I bought a car on ebay to a dealership in Atlanta.
I contracted the shipping through Cosmos Auto Inc which assigned me to this company on July 3rd.

On July 5th, I receive a voicemail from the dealership in Atlanta in which the salesman was apologizing for not being there the night before (yes the 4th of July) at 9:00 PM when the driver showed up to pick up the car. So pick up happened the next morning after a few phone calls to make sure that the dealer was going to be there to meet with the driver since the latter seemed to not have very good communication skills and off we go my car was on its way to California.

On 8th or 9th, I contacted Bill (the driver) to get an ETA. He told me that he should be there around the 11th or 12th.

On the 11th, I called him to get an update. He told me that had to go pick up another car on his way and that I should not expect him before the 13th or 14th.

On the 13th, I called him to get an update. He told me that he had a problem with his tires and that he would arrive on the 14th.
On the 14th, He told me that his air conditionning was broken and he needed to have it fixed to cross the desert so he would be there on the 15th.

On the 15th, I called him to get an update, by now you should have noticed that not once he called me to give me an update. He was hadn't passed Phoenix, AZ which is 11 hours away from the final destination. He told me that he should be there on the 16th.

On the 16th when I called him, he was in Los Angeles but this time his hydraulic was not working so he had to have it fixed to come and deliver the car on the 17th.

On the 17th he was still waiting to have his hydraulic fixed and promised me that he would be there on the 18th.

On the 18th, I called him at 11:00 AM to get a status: miracle! he was on his way. I called him at 7:00 PM that night, he had barely left Los Angeles invoking traffic as the excuse this time. He told me that he woud call me before stopping to sleep. He never called.

On the 19th, he returned my call that I place early in the morning and this time the excuse for not calling me the night before was that he had no network.

Today is July 19th it is 1:30 PM and my car his still not here. I just talked to him and he told me he was going to be here in a couple hours but I'm pretty sure this the usual BS.

To sum up, don't even think about contracting him unless you like this kind of honesty and business conduct. He is not trustworthy at all.
