Considering I was transporting my newly purchase used 2008 Acura RL in mint condition from AZ to NJ, and having heard many horror stories about open carriers, I engaged them to transport my car. I figured if they are good enough to haul $600,000 Ferrari 599 GTOs, multi million dollar FXXs, etc. they were good enough for my car. I live in Manhattan so I picked up the car at their HQ in Paterson, NJ. I got there on a Tuesday morning at about 8 to see my car sparkling in the sun as they were off loading a black 599 GTO that had been on the same rig. The driver Danny went over everything with me about my car, pointing out microscopic stone "chips" and other TINY issues in the paing not untypical of a 3 year old car - but they are VERY particular about the condition of the cars when they are picked up - they want NO blame for preexisting damage. Their location was a treat to see - in their garage were FXX Ferraris, a 458 Challenge car with the plastic covering still on it and ready to be set up for the track, 430 Spyders, FFs, and on and on. I told them they could charge admission! Nice guys, took excellent care of my car. I would have liked more communication from the driver en route, but my car arrived on time in the same condition(spotlessly clean unless examined under a microscope) as it left the dealer - what else can you want?
